05 Jan Vinyl Me, Please Is The Subscription Box Reinventing the Record Club
Are you a vinyl enthusiast? Or have you always wanted to be? Then you ought to join Vinyl Me, Please. We know Vinyl has been coming back with a vengeance the past few years. As for some of us, there really is nothing quite like listening to the warm crackle and deep, rich, uncompressed sound of a record, in a world that has otherwise gone completely digital. (To be fair, everything analog has been making a resurgence in the last few years. And that’s the way we like it.)
Vinyl Me, Please, is more of an online record club than a straight-up subscription box. Every month, they send you a new record, along with some 12×12 art inspired by the album, and a cocktail recipe to enjoy was you listen. In addition, your membership will provide you access to member-only items in their online store, and a weekly newsletter full of playlists, music news, album reviews, hi-fi gear, discounts, how-to-guides. You’ll also get the option for unlimited SWAPS, which let you switch out the album featured that month for any other album in their back catalog. You’ll get a link to swap out your album whenever they announce the album for the month. (This month’s current record is Moby’s Play).
Vinyl Me, Please comes in 1-month, 3-month and 12-month subscriptions; each option saves you $2 a month, and you can cancel anytime. You can also customize and individualize the membership to your own liking with your swap and tracks.
