15 Jun Luminox Navy Seal Colormark: Swiss Precision For Any Adventure
A good watch is a great accessory for any outfit – but when heading outside, you need something designed for the adventure. Luminox has been making tough watches for military, police and firemen for decades, built to withstand the rough environments and situations they often find themselves in. Their latest Navy Seal Colormark is simply the pinnacle of their watches – the toughest, most rugged and even best looking.
Made in Switzerland, the Navy Seal Colormark has a Swiss-made quartz movement, and Tritium tubes that provide an always-shining lume; it does not need a light source or battery to glow, and lasts up to 20 years – meaning you can read this watch 24 hours a day, no matter how dark. It is water resistant up to 200m (660 ft!) and 20 atm, and has a case made from carbon-reinforced polycarbonate. The crystal is hardened mineral and thoroughly scratch-resistant.
With it’s chunky size and robust build, the Colormark is made to be abused and beaten – outdoors, on the trail, when diving; it’s made to withstand combat. It comes in a few different colors, but we recommend Blackout for the most subtle, covert look. Luminox knows how to make watches that are as tough as they look, and we’ll be grabbing one of these for sure.
